Vibrational Healing Systems

Vibrational Healing Systems (VHS) is a series of courses that combine kinesiology with the power and wisdom of the traditional Chinese approach to the acupuncture system.

All the VHS courses have been researched and written by David Corby, Director of the College of Complementary Medicine.

Vibrational Healing Systems 1: Recognising Potential and Discovering Destiny

The first course uses Traditional Chinese Medicine in a way that is much more in keeping with its traditions than is usually the case within kinesiology. TCM has a richness and wisdom that when used with kinesiology brings an amazing depth to the work.

The extensive information on acupoints and theories of acupuncture are rooted in the classics of TCM. The first course covers:

  • how channels flow and link including the deep, divergent, luo-connecting, muscle and surface flows, and the many connecting points;
  • descriptions, uses and emotions associated with more than 350 acupoints;
  • formats for many areas and parts of the body;
  • acupoints to use for many common conditions;
  • balances for organs, channels, pain, and the brain.

    This 5 Day course comes with a 180 page manual and includes:
  • master points for key body systems;
  • master points for key body locations;
  • in depth description of pathways, function and importance of each channel;
  • methods for tonifying and sedating acupoints;
  • traditional rules for choosing the best points;
  • deep channel clearing;
  • primary brain points;
  • balancing for pain;
  • using acupoints to clear over and under-facilitation;
  • balancing for more than 30 common conditions;
  • key acupoints for organs, glands and many body locations;
  • 5 Shu point balancing;
  • re-establishing rhythm and the biological clock;
  • indications, emotions and uses of more than 350 acupoints;
  • alternate muscle tests and ways of activating the channels;
  • discussion of the most important acupoints.

    This course is taught as part of the Diploma in Kinesiology or can be done as a separate course.

  • Vibrational Healing Systems 2: Emotion, Spirit and Destiny

    This course combines the power and wisdom of Chinese medicine with the versatility and focus of kinesiology.

    Emotion, Spirit and Destiny (ESD) explains the Chinese spiritual philosophy behind very potent acupoints that relate to different aspects of spirit, including destiny, vision of the heart or listening to the heart, internal wisdom, will, connection to God, connection to internal purpose, drive and vitality, integration of all aspects of the mind and body, yin, yang etc.

    The course enables you to assess constitutional types, making it easier to piece together all the information a client provides so that you can see patterns in their behavior and more quickly find the beliefs underlying these patterns. This enables you to:
  • go deeper quicker;
  • phrase questions using core terms that the client resonates with - building trust.

    Each constitutional type has a small number of core life lessons that form the basis of ESD goals.

    ESD looks in-depth at 5 element psychology and working with the emotions, patterns and lessons of each element, and the interaction between aspects of different elements.

    ESD includes specific acupoints that have an important influence on particular emotions, and master emotion points for working on core emotions associated with each channel.

    ESD set up procedures include a system for identifying the key limiting beliefs that stand in the way of being able to achieve a goal.

    All the beliefs that are maintaining the status quo are identified up-front and then dealt with together in order to change whole behavior sets quickly and permanently.

    What Do I Get Out of It?

    The course provides a basis for trans-personal transformation, working with life change and finding life purpose. Using acupoints to clear specific emotions and/or activate connection with aspects of spirit is an extremely potent way of promoting life change.

    It links directly with other VHS courses, providing a deeper understanding of the spiritual and philosophical underpinnings of the acupuncture system, which helps in the understanding of point names and applications.

  • Vibrational Healing Systems 3: Brain Function

    Brain Function is a very potent program for improving all aspects of brain function using specific acupressure points.

    It is based on the Chinese model of the brain-mind-spirit and uses acupoints that have a long history in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture of improving particular functions.

    This course covers:
  • Chinese model of the brain and brain function;
  • How each acupuncture channel relates to different aspects of spirit and brain function;
  • Primary and major brain points;
  • Amygdaloid emotions;
  • Protocols for balancing each of the senses;
  • A structured program for improving brain function
  • How to format for specific brain functions and learning difficulties - such as reading, writing, memory, speech, hearing, eye/hand coordination, vision, balance.

    This is an advanced 4 day course that enables the practitioner to evaluate, format for and clear problems with brain function.

    What Do I Get Out of It?

  • Brain Function has a very wide application in holistic kinesiology. The course provides those with no prior knowledge in this area an effective platform for improving neurological conditions and learning difficulties. For practitioners that already work in this area, the course adds potent techniques for clearing brain function stress and alternative ways for activating and formatting for learning difficulties.

    Practitioners also use the brain points during any session regardless of the goal or issue being work on. The brain- mind–spirit is involved in all issues and the brain points provide a potent way of clearing this stress.
