This introduction to Sports Kinesiology is a comprehensive holistic program that presents Kinesiology Techniques in a form that meets the needs of the Health Professional or Sports Trainer working in the Sports Industry. Kinesiology

During this program you will learn comprehensive techniques to identify and correct imbalances within the muscle/meridian/organ matrix. These practical techniques are complemented by a thorough presentation of the history, theory and scientific principles behind these practices.

One of the main focuses of this course is to identify and correct the Fascial Anatomy Meridians that run through the entire body via the very complex network of fascial tissue. By combining this approach with Kinesiology, the students learn a truly new and innovative way to deal with dysfunction affecting both performance and injury.

Kinesiology and Sports Medicine is a fantastic combination as it offers a fully comprehensive analysis and identification of dysfunctions contained within the entire sports industry.

Sports Kinesiology Insight & Applications

Our short course, Sports Kinesiology Insight and Applications, provides a solid grounding in Kinesiology. It is comprised of the Sports Kinesiology component of the first four modules in the Diploma of Sports Kinesiology.

The aim of Sports Kinesiology Insight and Applications is to provide you with skills that are highly effective for helping people overcome a range of injuries and improve physical performance. The course provides a solid foundation for further study and, on completion, you have the option of continuing with the Diploma of Sports Kinesiology course.

 This course is for you if you:

  • want to empower people to better health and physical wellbeing;
  • want to help others perform at their optimum as athletes or in general life;
  • are interested in a Sports Medicine Career and want to see if Sports Kinesiology is for you;
  • are a physiotherapist, chiropractor or massage therapist that wants to do more for your clients;
  • are looking for a career alternative to Physiotherapy, Chiropractic or Sports Medicine;
  • you are a coach, trainer or manager of athletes looking for new techniques with amazing outcomes.

    All course content is based on clinically proven material and competencies from the Sports Kinesiology
    Diploma
    qualification. On completion of this program, you have the option to complete a competency assessment in order to receive a Statement of Attainment. This credit unit will count towards a higher qualification, such as the
    Diploma of Sports KInesiology.

  • Sports Kinesiology techniques including water running, optimising performance through motor learning, motivation and training
  • The relationship between muscles, organs, glands and meridians
  • Identifying the causes of issues using our Digital Indicator system
  • Uncovering and eliminating limiting beliefs
  • Analysing and applying constitutional types
  • 14 primary channels of acupuncture, Ying/Yang theory, 5 element balancing techniques, bio-chronology and psychology of the five elements
  • Pain alleviation techniques
  • Eye modes and emotional reference charts
  • Balancing and resolving emotional issues
  • Applied Physiology: Seven element system, 14 position muscle monitoring
  • Applied Physiology: Attitude with Essence hologram
  • Essences and oils
  • Affirmations
  • Emotion and Physical Function

  • Putting it all together and setting up sessions
