Results from Sports Kinesiology

Louise, a 25 year old Personal Trainer and fitness centre manager, describes her experience with Sports Kinesiology:

"I began suffering knee pain and a locking sensation in my knee last year both during and post training. Becoming increasingly frustrated with the pain, I went to see a prominent Sports Doctor who briefly examined my knee and was adamant I required an MRI on both knees to identify what the problem was. $500 later I returned to this Sports Doctor who briefly looked at the MRI scans and told me that he couldn't see anything wrong with the knee and that I should just take anti-inflammatory tablets for the pain.

The pain continued, so earlier this year a friend referred me to a Sports Kinesiology Practitioner. After just one session my knee felt 80% better. After two sessions less than two months later my knee was 100% and I was back into full training and no longer experiencing pain in my knee throughout the day or as a result of training.

I highly recommend Sports Kinesiology as a treatment to anybody who is searching for answers and wants effective and lasting results."

What students say about studying sports kinesiology

"Since starting as a Personal Trainer I have always been looking for a way to 'get the edge' with my clients. I had exhausted nearly every option until I happened to stumble across Sports Kinesiology. What a dream come true! I now have the tools to break through any blocks my clients have been experiencing and the referrals have kept on coming in. Thankyou Sports Kinesiology for helping me help others!"
